Requirements
How to Earn a DenialPro Credential
All DenialPro credentials follow the same 4-step framework. Every step must be completed in sequence.
Complete All Lessons
Finish every lesson in the course across all modules. Lessons include slides, real-world scenarios, and knowledge checks.
Pass All Module Quizzes
Each module ends with a quiz. A minimum score of 80% is required per module. Quizzes may be retaken.
Complete All Practice Labs
Hands-on practice labs simulate real billing scenarios. Labs must be completed before the final assessment is unlocked.
Pass the Final Assessment
A cumulative assessment covering all modules. A minimum score of 80% is required. One retake is permitted if the first attempt does not pass.
Credential Standards
Minimum 80% Score
All module quizzes and the final assessment require a minimum 80% score. This ensures certified professionals have demonstrated genuine competency, not just course completion.
No Time-Based Credit
DenialPro credentials are assessment-based, not time-based. Completing hours of video does not earn the credential — passing assessments does.
Curriculum-Aligned
Each credential maps to a defined course track and specific billing competencies, from core denial management through specialty and revenue cycle disciplines.
