1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DenialPro (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Account Usage
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our consent.
DenialPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or create security risks.
3. Payments
Paid courses, services, and products are processed through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation. Subscription or service fees, if applicable, are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is described in our separate Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Expert Guidance Service
Expert Guidance cases are professional review engagements for denial analysis. Submission of a case does not guarantee a specific outcome. Customer-provided documents are handled confidentially and used only to complete the requested review. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on case complexity and customer responsiveness.
6. Academy & Courses
Enrollment in DenialPro Academy courses grants a single-user, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for personal professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use course content to create competing products. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. AI Assistant
The DenialPro AI Assistant provides educational, AI-generated guidance based on the information you provide. AI output is informational only, does not constitute professional billing or legal advice, and must be independently verified against official payer policies, CMS guidance, coding guidelines, and applicable regulations. See our AI Disclaimer for full details.
8. Knowledge Center & Reference Tools
Reference content β including denial codes, CARC/RARC libraries, payer intelligence, and calculators β is provided for educational purposes and may not reflect the most current payer or regulatory changes. Always confirm against primary sources before acting.

10. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for complying with all applicable laws and regulations (including HIPAA where relevant), and for maintaining the confidentiality of any patient information you handle outside the Platform. You must de-identify protected health information before uploading documents where instructed.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) upload another person's protected health information without authorization; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform; (c) use the Platform to submit fraudulent claims or deceive any payer; (d) share account credentials; (e) reproduce or redistribute content in violation of our Copyright Notice; or (f) use automated tools to extract data at scale.
12. Limitation of Liability
