DenialPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement occurring on the DenialPro Platform.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, complete the form below with accurate information. Your submission creates a legal record and is routed directly to our legal team. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number to track your request.
3. Requirements of a Valid Notice
Under the DMCA, a valid takedown notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will process valid counter-notifications in accordance with the law.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, DenialPro will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
