3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: upload another person's protected health information without authorization; submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform or its data; use automated tools to extract content at scale; share, sell, or transfer account access; reproduce or redistribute DenialPro content in violation of our Copyright Notice; use the Platform to facilitate fraud against any payer; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. AI & Educational Tools
AI-generated guidance is educational only and must be verified as described in our AI Disclaimer. You may not represent AI output as a determination of claim outcome or as professional advice provided by DenialPro.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and where appropriate, referral to authorities. DenialPro reserves the right to take action we deem necessary to protect the Platform and its users.
